I’m Heather Mount, an experienced accounting professional with more than 30 years in the field and over 15 years of helping businesses find clarity in their numbers and confidence in their decisions. My career began in 1995 and has taken me through a variety of industries—including hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, and the film sector—each one strengthening my understanding of what business owners truly need from a trusted financial partner.
In 2012, I founded Elite Accounting Services, LLC with a simple mission: to provide accurate, honest, and dependable accounting support to clients who want clean books and reliable financial guidance. Since then, my practice has evolved into a specialized Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice supporting small and mid‑size businesses throughout the Eastern U.S., as well as CPA firms that rely on organized, detail‑oriented back‑office support.
My focus today centers on what I do best—restoring order to disorganized books, guiding clients through cleanup and catch‑up projects, and maintaining well‑structured bookkeeping and payroll systems that support long‑term financial stability. My background includes multi‑entity bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online expertise, and hands‑on experience managing day‑to‑day accounting operations with a precise, methodical approach.
At my core, I believe accounting is about more than transactions. It’s about building trust, solving problems thoughtfully, and empowering clients with clarity so they can make confident decisions about their business.
